1. Privacy & Client-Side Architecture

Soterra Labs LLC (“Soterra”) utilizes a Client-Side First architecture to ensure maximum data privacy for our users.

• Client-Side Execution: For tools such as the GPU Navigator, all calculations and logic are executed entirely within your local browser environment. No assessment data, workload specifications, or inputs are transmitted to Soterra’s servers.
• Stateless Processing: For tools requiring server-side assistance, data is processed in-memory only. We do not store, save, or persist your inputs or generated results in any database, log, or backup system.
• Network Metadata: Our hosting provider records standard request metadata — timestamp, IP address, and user agent — during page loads, for security, bot management, and rate-limiting purposes. These logs do not record the body of your requests or the specific data entered into our tools.
• Browser Storage: In-progress inputs may be kept in your browser’s localStorage to prevent data loss during a page refresh. Generated results are stored in sessionStorage and are discarded when the browser tab is closed.

2. Recommendation Tools Disclaimer

The outputs of any Soterra Recommendation Tool (collectively, the “Tools”) are Engineering Estimates provided for preliminary capacity planning.

• No Warranty: Soterra provides these Tools “as-is” without any warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. AI hardware requirements and vendor availability change rapidly; estimates may be obsolete immediately upon generation.
• Not a Quote: Tool outputs do not constitute a vendor quote, a formal procurement recommendation, or professional architectural advice.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Soterra Labs LLC shall not be liable for any financial loss, infrastructure failure, or damages resulting from your reliance on the Tool’s output.

3. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for independently verifying any estimates provided by the Tools with your internal infrastructure teams, hardware vendors, or cloud providers before making purchasing or deployment decisions. Use of these Tools does not create a professional-client relationship between you and Soterra Labs LLC.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware. Any legal actions or disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Mercer County, New Jersey.
